During this time Sara has trained clients ranging in age from 21-85 years-old, those beginning their path of fitness, and athletes looking to experience a new level of power and efficiency in their movement. Whether working with her privately or in a group class, students have an individualized experience in which they are able to safely and playfully encounter challenge, as well as experience personal discovery and growth. In addition to teaching Sara engages in her own practice of Pilates, Yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, tradition Hula, and numerous other forms of dance. Her certifications and eclectic personal practices allow her to adapt to the needs of any client, offering classes that are stimulating, creative, and always evolving. |

Sara Kay is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, through Long beach Dance Conditioning Studio and InYoga, and has been teaching private lessons and group classes for over seven years.
